Job description
We operate in the main Helsinki area, on days with more than 5cm of new snowfall. We typically have 0-2 days of work per week, depending on weather.

We clean snow and ice from stairs and in front of doors, and spread gravel (sand) to keep walking surfaces non-slippery. We train you for the job. No previous experience needed.

Work shifts become available typically 1-2 days in beforehand. We start work typically when the snowfall has ended (or next morning). We tell our employees in a Telegram group when there are new work shifts available.

We are responsible for the manual snow shoveling work of approx. 200 targets. We employ 100-200 people on a typical winter. We operate normally on the ground level, not on rooftops.

Who is it for?
For those living in or near Helsinki, looking for a part-time job. The work is physical. We are flexible and the work fits different life situations, like studying or working only up to e.g. 300e/mo. You can choose only those work shifts that fit your calendar.

Salary
12.5e/h + bonuses + 0.59e/km tax free compensation for driving your own car between work targets, if you have one.
We pay salaries twice a month (approx. every two weeks).
Bonuses: Evening bonus at 18-23 o’ clock is 0.73e/h and night bonus at 23-06 is 1.36e/h. Overtime bonus after 8 hours per day is +50% for the first two hours and +100% after that. In effect, the overtime salary is 18.75e/h for the first two hours and 25e/h after that.

Work permit needs to be valid
We are required to check your right to work before offering a job. It can be proven e.g. by EU citizenship (proven by a passport or national ID card) or a residence permit that includes a work permit.

Työn kuvaus
Tarjoamme lumenlapiointitöitä Helsinki-Vantaa-Espoo -alueella. Työpäiviä on keskimäärin 0-2/vk, sään mukaan. Työ on osa-aikaista ja kausiluonteista.

Putsaamme lapioilla lunta ja jäätä talojen rappujen edustoilta ja portaikoista, ja hiekoitamme. Tarjoamme koulutuksen. Aikaisempaa kokemusta ei tarvita. 

Työpäivien aloitus ja lopetus riippuu säästä. Lumitöitä tehdään tyypillisesti, kun vähintään 5 cm lumisade on loppunut (tai seuraavana aamuna). Työvuoroja tulee tyypillisesti tarjolle 1-2 päivää aiemmin. Ilmoitamme uusista vapaista työvuoroista työntekijöidemme Telegram-ryhmässä.

Vastaamme noin 200 kiinteistön käsilumitöistä. Työllistämme tyypillisenä kautena 100-200 henkeä. Toimimme normaalisti maan tasalla, emme katoilla.

Kenelle työ sopii
Pääkaupunkiseudulla asuville, osapäivätyötä etsiville. Työ on fyysistä työtä. Olemme joustavia ja tämä osa-aikatyö sopii erilaisiin tilanteisiin, kuten opiskelijoille tai niille, jotka haluavat tienata esim. max. 300 e/kk. Voit valita sellaiset työvuorot, jotka sopivat sinun kalenteriisi. 

Palkka
12,5 e/h + lisät + 0,59 e/km verovapaa korvaus omalla autolla ajamisesta kohteiden välillä, jos sinulla on oma auto.
Maksamme palkan kaksi kertaa kuukaudessa (n. 2 viikon välein).
Lisät: Iltalisä klo 18-23 on 0,73 e/h, ja yölisä klo 23-06 on 1,36 e/h. Ylityölisä 8 tunnin jälkeen on +50 % kahdelta ensimmäiseltä tunnilta ja +100 % sen jälkeen. Ylityön tuntipalkka on siis 18,75 e/h kahdelta ensimmäiseltä tunnilta ja 25 e/h sen jälkeen.

Työlupa
Meillä on velvollisuus tarkistaa kaikkien työntekijöiden työlupa ennen töihin ottamista. Yleisin tapa osoittaa se on EU-kansalaisuus (esim. Suomi) tai oleskelulupa, jossa on työlupa.
